Here are a few of the most valuable reports:

#1 New Activity / The Leading Edge: New Members

Identify:
“View Newest Distributors” Report in the Back Office (Box #6)

Plug-In:
See if they are PLC or US/CAN Member (promote Back-Up Order)
Have them click on Fast Start Tab at the top of the Back Office to watch Videos and Guides or send Fast Start info from Phone App

#2 Driving Volume: Who is working and who isn’t

Identify volume drivers:
“This Month vs. Last Month” Report (Box #2) … sort by “Difference” … Up = Growing business / emerging leader … Down = Needs Support

Identify top recruiters:
“Downline Enrollments” Report (Pull-Down under Organization) … sort by “This Month” to identify top enrollers

#3 Driving Ranks: End of the month push

Identify upcoming rank advancements:
“View Upcoming Rank Advancements” Report (Box #4) … After Back-Up Orders run on the 21st … sort by percent complete … you can filter by rank or by level to just work with more “valuable” people … click on the person’s ID number to see their profile then click on “Upline” to see if they can work with one of your leaders and/or if it is in a leg that’s valuable to your Rank Advancement
